J -type thermocouple temperature sensor

J-type thermocouple temperature sensor: type (iron-Kang copper) is a general sensor because it is one of the most linear thermocouples.

The J -type thermocouple temperature sensor has a positive iron leg and a Kang copper negative iron leg. They are low in price and have a variety of detectors configuration within the range of 0-750 ° C (32-1382 ° F).

In the vacuum, inertia, and reduction environment, the J -type thermocouple temperature sensor is recommended. In the place where free oxygen is free of oxygen, an oxygen that is exposed or undessed can be used. In order to clean and longer use life, the protection tube is recommended.

Type J is a very popular thermocouple temperature sensor, but there are some shortcomings. They need to be calibrated carefully before use, the output signal is very small, and they may have noise. They are vulnerable to stress, strain and corrosion, especially as they grow. Here are some issues that need attention when deciding whether to use J type.

Consider factors

Because the JP (iron) pin will be oxidized quickly when the temperature exceeds 540 ° C, it is recommended to use a large specification line for compensation. The wire will rust or become crispy at the temperature below zero. If there is no protection, the wire may be attacked by ammonia, nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere. Therefore, the use of stainless steel metal sheaths and MGO -style construction is a choice that can help overcome some of these issues. The type of MGO style is more popular than the heating puppets in the nude style of beads.

The recommended maximum working temperature is 760 degrees Celsius. The type cannot be used in the atmosphere with a sulfur content above 540 ° C. In addition, type J should not be used above 760 ° C, because sudden magnetic transformation can cause permanent attenuation. Type J line is sometimes confused with ordinary copper red lines and ordinary copper white lines. If you have any questions, check it with magnets. (White) iron wire has strong magnetism, while copper wire does not have.
