Pt100、Pt1000和NTC温度传感器有什么区别? 维连电子What is the difference between PT100, PT1000 and NTC temperature sensors?

PT100 temperature sensor and PT1000 temperature sensor's platinum -based sensor is a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) sensor, which can provide accurate temperature measurement of up to 500 ° C. Except for PT100 offers a 100 ohm resistance at 0 ° C and the PT1000 provides 1,000 ohms under 0 ° C, these two types are the same. Negative temperature coefficient (NTC) temperature sensor is low in price and is common in many low -temperature applications, but it can only be used for temperatures up to 150 ° C. Please note that the resistance of the NTC sensor decreases as the temperature rises, and the resistance of the PTC sensor element increases with the temperature increase. PT100 and PT1000 sensors meet international standards (IEC 751 / DIN EN 60 751), while NTC -based sensors do not meet. The lead resistance in the RTD sensor power cord has a negative impact on the precision of temperature measurement. PT1000 compensates the lead resistance more effectively than the PT100, and can reduce the impact of the power cord by up to 10 times.

How do I know which RTD temperature sensor is best for my application?
The sensor that determines the ideal for your specific application depends on many factors, including:
● Craft temperature
● Your accuracy requirements
● The physical layout of process infrastructure
Once you master these information, you can choose the resistance thermometer and the type and other accessories you need.
