The following list shows different test methods.

1. Calibration
The RTD temperature sensor calibration can be performed in accordance with the IEC 751 / DIN 43760 A and C type B.

Two points (that is, 0 0 c and 100 0 c) tests can be performed, and 3 points can be performed or more.

2. 500 VDC environment (room temperature) insulation resistance test
It should be greater than 100 m ohm.

3.320 0 C 100 V DC insulation resistance test
IR should be greater than 2 m ohm. It can also provide a resistance of more than 20 m ohm.

4. N2 leak test
For thermal resistance sensors , after welding caps are welded, the N2 leak test should be performed, and no leakage should be observed at 40 kg/cm 2.

5. Response time test
Response time test conforms to IEC 751 -(step jump from ambient temperature to 800C to 63.2%).

RTD temperature sensor without transmitter -6 to 9 seconds to 6 mm outer diameter sheath.
For RTD -response time with thermocouple sleeve is 35 to 45 seconds.

6. Special test
High -pressure kettle test -RTD temperature sensor is maintained in the steam of 1250C and 1.2 kg/cm2 for about 1 hour.

IR should be greater than 5 m ohm.

7. Continuous test
By using the continuous tester/universal table -this test is used to confirm that the component has been correctly connected to the RTD temperature sensor cable .

8. Precision integrity test
Water immersion test -check the integrity of the cover of the thermocouple/Mi RTD temperature sensor cable.

9. RTD connected to the pipeline response time test
RTD's response time test, RTD is connected to the outer surface of the pipe, and the water flows to @20 liters. & @ 800C per second. The acceptance specifications are less than 20 seconds.

10. Self -heating error test
It is in line with IEC 751
