How to install water temperature temperature sensor

Among today's modern vehicles, water temperature temperature sensors can tell the current engine temperature of the car computer. It helps start the vehicle on a cold day and keep it running steadily, and it can also adjust the temperature to prevent overheating. In older cars, this will be called the thermostat. When the water temperature temperature sensor works abnormally, the car will run slowly and may be overheated. Changing this sensor is a simple item that can be completed on your own garage or flat lane.
Step 1 -Open the car hood

On a newer car, find the hood release device below the steering wheel. Next, put your hand into the gap under the center of the hood to feel the lock. Push it to one side and open the hood. Use the hood bracket to ensure that the hood is strong and will not fall on you when you release.
Step 2 -Find the water temperature temperature sensor
The water temperature temperature sensor is located in the front of the engine cylinder. This will be different on the car on the side of the vehicle. However, the sensor is still between the pulley system. Place a chandelier on the area and find the sensor. You may need to remove the fan to see the space. The sensor will be exposed, one of which comes from it.

Step 3 -Remove the lead from the terminal
The sensor sends its signal along the separate lead on the top of the terminal. According to its connection, you need to be careful when you remove it. Step 4 -Remove the coolant sensor

Step 5 -Remove and replace

Step 6 -Install Torque Sensor

Turn the cooler sensor with your fingers until you can tighten it with your hands. Check the torque amount that the sensor must be tightened and set the torque wrench. Connect the torque wrench to the sensor and tighten it.
Step 7 -Re -connect the wires
After installing the temperature temperature sensor, you only need to connect the wire again. Make sure the end of the wire is clean, and then insert it back to the terminal of the sensor. Make sure it is tightly connected. Replace any other components you must disassemble. Open the engine and let it reach the working temperature. Listen to any fluctuations in the engine and observe the thermometer.
