PT100 temperature sensor probe can order a variety of styles for different applications. The air probe for measuring gas is used for semi -solid and liquid penetration probes. For the inferior probe for liquid and the surface probe for surface contact measurement. When the probe needs to be formed to adapt, the mineral insulation probe is very good. Step 2: Select the required probe category

PT100 probe can be ordered according to various levels that affect the overall accuracy of the device. Our PT100 accuracy and probe classification guidelines will enable you to make a wise decision. Generally speaking, Class B is suitable for most industrial applications, because 1/10 DIN is often used as a substitute for reference thermometer, mercury thermometer or in the laboratory. But you may find things that are more suitable between the two.

Step 3: Select your probe length and diameter
For most applications, the exact length and diameter of the probe are irrelevant. However, some settings, such as inserting mercury thermometers, require very specific length and diameter. Our standard probe size is 100 to 150 mm x 3.2 mm diameter, but you can obtain a probe of any specifications as needed.

Step 4: Select the cable style
If you get a customized probe, why not go all out. As a standard configuration, we provide a 1M tray around the cable to connect your probe to the PT100 temperature sensor device. But you can stretch or shorten it as needed, straight or around. Pick with you.
