2 The shielding wire is cut off
The ground temperature sensor of some automatic stations has been cut off at the shielding wire at the wiring port. Cond the end of the sensor wire, find out the shielding wire and pull out sufficient length, receive the ground
The temperature of the case of the warm collector is on the grounding column of the case, and the ground resistance of the ground pillar is measured with a multimeter. The ground resistance of the ground is less than 4q.

3 Wiring columns are insulating on the ground
The sensor shielding lines of some automatic stations are well installed, but the reading failures still occur. It was observed that the shielding lines of all platinum resistance temperature sensors in the chassis were twisted through the nut
Fix it on a screw in the backboard of the ground temperature collector chassis, so that the screw is used as a shielded wire ground. Use a multimeter to measure the ground resistance of the wiring column and find the resistor after the ground resistance
The value is too large to achieve the grounding effect. After removing the screws and nuts of the wiring pillar, it was found that the backboard of the screw and nuts was covered with paint to form an insulation effect
If it is unable to form a path with the earth. Scrape the paint of the connection column and the contact surface of the chassis until the metal part of the chassis panel is exposed, and reinstall the terminal column and shielding cable to connect it with the metal part
Touch, and once again measure the ground resistance of the ground pillar, the ground resistance of the ground is less than 4Q, and then the on -site test operation is performed, the data reading of the reporting software is restored normally, and the verification work is obtained.
