PT100 Temperature sensor Installation
Pay attention to the mechanical strength when installing the PT100 temperature sensor, especially pay attention to the deformation of the protective tube at high temperature. In addition, in order to avoid the heat loss of the protective tube, the temperature of the component will also be considered, and the insertion length, shape, heat insulation, and thermal insulation of the flow and protection tube also need to be considered.
As far as response speed is concerned, the response speed of the armor
thermocouple PT100 temperature sensor is faster than that of the
thermocouple installed with the protective tube, but compared to The use of the
thermocouple installed with the protection tube can increase the strength and have the advantages of corrosion resistance, heat prevention and easy maintenance. The response speed is different in the air with a relatively small thermal conductivity in the water and the heat guidance rate.
In addition, it should be noted that when installation of the PT100 temperature sensor, you should choose to have a representative installation location as much as possible. Avoid dead corners installation, avoid strong magnetic fields or heat sources, and reduce the impact of external factors on the results. Moreover, the temperature sensor is best installed vertically to prevent the pipeline bent in a very good installation location. In addition, pay attention to the hygiene and later maintenance of the temperature sensor to ensure that the sensor can work normally.
