You purchase NTC thermistor from the manufacturer to the temperature resistance of the manufacturer's temperature resistance. Ordinary enthusiasts can purchase thermal resistance from retailers from retailers and cannot obtain value resistance and temperature control table.

The general method of NTC thermistor is to use standard thermometers. The ambient temperature does not increase (every) to measure the resistance value of the thermistor. The corresponding relationship of the resistance and temperature through this method is relatively cumbersome, the error is relatively large, the temperature changes are changed It is not easy to control: There is another way to calculate the R-T table through the formula. Although the NTC thermistor temperature and resistance value is not a linear relationship, the corresponding relationship of the temperature and resistance can be calculated:

Calculation formula RT-R*EXP (1/T1-1/T2)
Explanation
1. RT is the resistance value of the thermistor at the temperature of the thermistor;
2. R is the nominal resistance value of thermistor at the normal temperature of T2;
3. The B value is an important parameter of the thermistor;
4. EXP is the N front side of E;
5. Here T1 and T2 refer to K degrees Karvin temperature, K degrees = 273.15 (absolute temperature)+degrees Celsius


For example, I have a thermistor of the MF58502F327 model

502 — the nominal resistance value of 25 degrees at room temperature is 5K

327 —B value is 3270k NTC thermistor

Then its R = 5000, T2 = 273.15+25, B = 3270,
RT = "5000"*EXP (3270*(1/t 1-1/(273.15+25))), substituted the TL temperature, found the resistance value of the thermistor at the corresponding temperature, pay attention to the conversion of the temperature unit, such as zero, such as zero The resistance value of 10 degrees Celsius, T1 is (273.15+10).
