Question
Customers produce ultrasonic tanks for cleaning the bowling ball. There is a 1000W heater on the side of the water tank. The heater is then connected to the NTC thermistor that sticks inside the water tank. Once the solvent reaches 50 degrees Celsius, the NTC thermistor temperature sensor notify the control panel, and the heat is closed. Unfortunately, the sensor will reach 40 degrees Celsius to stop recording heat, resulting in overheating solvents.

Customers believe that thermistor temperature sensor probe will be the best choice, but it is clearly indicated that a small design requires a small probe in the way of the bowling basket. They also said that they hate any part of the metal wall. After telephone and email communication, our engineers point out that four TR series NTC thermistor may help solve their problems.
After further discussion, for specific applications, TR 103311-401 thermistor resistance seems to be the best choice. We sent samples to customers for free. This special component meets the customer's size requirements and does not require a thin metal wall of the slot; the only problem is that the lead is not long enough, but our engineers can customize the lead according to the specifications.
Customers place the sensor in the water tank, but still receives the wrong reading, causing the water tank to be overheated. This problem is really a headache! In order to find out whether the problem exists inside or other places in thermal resistance probe, our customers use a larger sensor from different companies, and they think insertion difficulties. The NTC probe also shows the wrong reading!

Solution

When the solvent temperature reaches 50 degrees Celsius, the storage tank stops heating, and customers can transform all storage tanks.
