E -type thermocouple temperature sensor: E -type (chromium nickel/Kang copper) thermocouple temperature sensor, consists of chromium nickel/10% chromium positive pole and Kang copper nickel/45% copper negative pole.
 
The temperature range of this thermocouple is -200 to 900 degrees Celsius. The E -type thermocouple temperature sensor produced by Velian has the highest millival (EMF) output among all established thermocouple types.
 
The E -type sensor can be used below zero, oxidation, or inert applications, and is not corroded at low temperature temperature. One of the benefits of less than 800 ° C is the low drift rate. For example, the temperature generated at 1,000 hours at 760 ° C is lower than 1 ° C. In the range of minus to minus 250 degrees Celsius below zero to 250 degrees Celsius, the E -type thermocouple temperature sensor is an excellent choice, because its thermal conductivity is low, and the output voltage is about 8 slightly per sub -Celsius. These sensors are very suitable for low temperature, pharmaceutical and chemical applications, and these areas require a small key measurement.
 
It is recommended that type E cannot be used for sulfur, vacuum or hypoxic environment. It has a K -type calibration drift, so it is recommended to take the same preventive measures. They do not recommend the positive leg corrosion that is used in the atmosphere to promote 'green corrosion'. Basic corrosion will cause large negative errors during the calibration process. The size of the drift depends on the temperature.
 
Although drift below 800 degrees Celsius is good, it should be noted that above 800 degrees Celsius, the oxidation speed of negative legs is faster than the positive legs, which reduces life and accuracy.
