Three -level thermocouple temperature sensor
The viscosity of the glass in the front wall of the container has an important impact on the flow and the weight of the empty area. Install the thermocouple through the front furnace, you can accurately monitor and control the glass temperature. Because the viscosity is related to the temperature, the glass flow is obtained.

The melting glass is a harsh environment, and any heat -induction of it must be able to withstand bad conditions. The three -layer component is protected by ODS platinum or platinum/cymbal alloy to avoid the erosion of Gobeli, and there are three measurement points to measure the temperature at the top, middle and bottom, respectively. This allows precise control of heating and cooling to provide uniform glass flow.
