Therefore, we hope that in the future, both parties can make better breakthroughs in the technical cooperation of thermal sensing materials. Thanks to the school for providing specialized technical support for enterprises, our company has the courage to put into practice in the front line of the market. II. Talents

Weilian Electronics has always attached great importance to technical talents. With the development of the industry, excellent talents are always extremely scarce. After repeated thinking, it has changed its strategy on the demand for talents, from the recruitment of fully mature talents to the cultivation of a large number of high-quality potential talents. Such talents are more long-term and solid for the development of the enterprise; Therefore, we plan to introduce about 30 high-quality interns from the School of New Materials and Electromechanical Engineering of Hubei Minzu University in the next three years, train them in depth, and fully apply them to every practical post to create greater value for the enterprise

Manager Ran introduced that Weilian Electronics has independently developed dry-type transformer temperature sensors, new energy vehicle charging interface temperature sensors, and motor temperature sensors in recent years. At present, it has cooperated with more than dozens of well-known customers including Great Wall Motors, SAIC, GAC, BAIC, BYD, and other global automobile manufacturers. This year, we also signed a supply agreement with Beijing Institute of Thermal Power, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The products are mainly used for unmanned reconnaissance aircraft.
